This notice explains what data Atlas Containment International collects from you, how it is used, how long it is kept, and who can see it.
You do not have to agree to this notice to be employed. You do have to agree to it to use ACI-NET. If you do not agree, you may request voluntary release under the Terms of Employment.
What we collect
§Identity data. Your Roblox username and user ID, your ACI ID, your section level, and your department affiliations. Pulled directly from the Roblox API on each session.
§Contact data. Your Discord alias and any referral username you provided at registration.
§Biometric data. Blood type, and where applicable, any medical history you have declared.
§Behavioural data. Your session start and end times, the pages of ACI-NET you visit, and any incident reports or transfer requests you submit.
§Technical data. Your operating timezone, the hardware you use to access ACI-NET, and the languages you have declared.
§Anomalous data. Any U33-Resonance readings taken at your worksite during your active hours, and any exposure events recorded against your personnel file.
How we use it
§Containment operations. To confirm who is on site, who is on shift, and who is authorised to access each area of ACI-NET.
§Resonance calibration. To match personnel against sink output, exposure thresholds, and site-specific risk profiles.
§Disciplinary review. To investigate Code of Juridics infractions, tribunal proceedings, and unauthorised access attempts.
§Replacement planning. To maintain a live roster of available personnel in the event of a loss, absence, or reassignment.
§Reporting. To comply with the ACI Code of Juridics, the Atlas Group Operating Standards, and any directive issued by Oversight.
Who can see it
§You can see the data on your own personnel file through ACI-NET. You can request a copy of the file at any time through HR.
§Your Section Director can see your rank, division, attendance, and any incidents you have filed or that name you as a subject.
§HR can see your full personnel file, including medical data, compliance record, and disciplinary history.
§Oversight can see everything, at any time, without notice.
§No third party has access to your data. It is not sold, shared, or transferred outside of Atlas Containment International.
How long we keep it
§We keep personnel data indefinitely. This includes data collected during registration, sessions, disciplinary proceedings, and any period during which you were not employed.
§We do not delete data on request. Deletion would compromise the operational record of the Corporation and defeat the purpose of maintaining it.
§Data related to containment events, exposure incidents, or Tribunal rulings is kept in perpetuity regardless of employment status.
§Where data is corrected or updated, both the original and the correction are retained.
Your rights
§You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you. Requests are handled by HR and are usually answered within five working days.
§You have the right to request correction of any factual inaccuracy in your file. Corrections are applied at the discretion of HR, and both the original and the correction remain on file.
§You do not have the right to erasure. You do not have the right to object. You do not have the right to restrict processing. These rights do not exist under the ACI Code of Juridics.
§You have the right to leave ACI. If you leave, this notice continues to apply to data we have already collected, as described in Section 4.
How to make a request
§To request a copy of your data, contact HR through the standard ACI-NET request form, or approach your Section Director.
§Requests must include your ACI ID. Requests without an ACI ID cannot be processed.
§Requests from suspended, redacted, or Subject-D personnel will be acknowledged and then declined.
Changes to this notice
§We may amend this notice at any time. When we do, we will update the revision number on this page and the date of last issue.
